Bring Your Own Device Tech Help

Do you have a basic question about your phone, tablet, or laptop? Register for a 20-minute, one-on-one tech help session with a library staff member. Library staff members can answer a basic question about using library e-resources, apps, or getting to know your device. We are unable to assist with anything medical, legal, or financial related.

Appointments will be available on the 2^nd and 4^th Thursdays from 2–3PM. Call the Reference desk at 607-778-6451 or email BCPLreference@gmail.com to make an appointment. We are unable to take walk-ins.
