BCPL now offers access to the New York Times online! You can read both inside and outside the library. This also gives you access to other New York Times resources, such as New York Times databases, videos, and teacher resources.

Say Hello to Our Seed Library!
We have a brand new Seed Library! Located between the Circulation Desk and Youth Services, the Seed Library has seeds to grow vegetables, herbs, and other plants. Unlike normal library materials, you won’t need to return these.

Who is that masked man?
At any given time throughout the year, an imposing statue in the Local History & Genealogy Department can be found dressed as a reindeer, a butterfly, a witch, or even a bride.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten
Our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program is an exciting and free way to encourage caregivers to read 1,000 books with their young children before starting Kindergarten.
