Why Buy Legal Campaign

The office of Cannabis Management is kicking off a “Why Buy Legal” campaign. The purpose of this campaign is to increase awareness around the benefits of buying legal cannabis from a licensed dispensary. Our goal is to help folks understand that safe cannabis consumption begins with buying tested products that have met NYS safety standards. We want folks to know when they are buying from a legal dispensary, you're not just making a better choice for yourself, you're making a better choice for your community because the tax revenue you're generating from that sale goes back into local communities and those areas across the state that were most harmed by cannabis prohibition. We want Binghamton to be a stop on this campaign as it is the home of a legal dispensary.
