Come learn Tai-Chi! This class will focus on learning the basics of tai-chi, a Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health.
Tai-Chi is known for its slow & intentional movements & is great for gentle exercise & moving meditation.
This class is part of a 4-week series. You can attend one class or all 4! You'll have to sign up for each class, and registration opens a week beforehand. There is no charge for any of the classes!
This class is accessible & can be done in whatever way works best for you---standing, sitting in a chair, from a wheelchair, etc.
The Ahearn Room is in the back of the building, to the left of the Reference Desk.
