Join Sherry Kowalski to experience reiki. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki will be given in a group setting, starting with a guided meditation. Please feel free to bring a yoga mat and pillow. Please arrive on time for this program. To avoid disrupting participants, anyone that arrives after the guided meditation has started will not be able to join the session.
